1. Go to “settings” in the Device APP, select the “delete this home” until created home is empty in APP (Note: this step will unlink all the other devices connected to your account).
2. Un-install the current Device APP and reboot your smartphone or tablet.
3. reinstall a latest version of the Device APP from Google Play store.
4. Launch the Device APP and follow the on-screen instruction to setup connection with your Smart Device.
