The ThinkSmart Hub 500 will no longer receive active development support after October 2025. This means no further software updates will be provided.
Any software or support resources from Lenovo will be offered “AS IS,” without any warranties, express or implied. However, products still under the Lenovo Limited Warranty will continue to receive repair coverage. The ThinkSmart Hub 500 will remain on Windows 10, with servicing for Windows 10 ending in October 2025. To upgrade to Windows 11, please replace the ThinkSmart Hub 500 with a newer ThinkSmart room system such as the ThinkSmart Hub Gen 2, the ThinkSmart One, or the ThinkSmart Core.
