The following sections have information about Lenovo warranties and other agreements.

Lenovo Personal Computing Devices

Limited Warranty for PC devices

For customers, who purchased personal computing device from Lenovo and have its original limited warranty (base warranty).

Note:

  1. Warranty Period for all Lenovo batteries, stylus, and digitizer pens are limited to 12 months unless otherwise specified. This means that Lenovo will provide warranty service without charge for batteries, stylus, and digitizer pens during the 12 months of the warranty period.
  2. Warranty service may not be available in all locations and may differ from location to location.
  3. For accessory, be sure to retain your proof of purchase and packing material. They might be required to receive warranty service.

Lenovo Services Agreement for PC devices

For customers, who purchased personal computing device from Lenovo and also purchased additional services ex: warranty extension, upgrade or other services (Accidental Damage Protection, Keep Your drive, etc.)

Regional Specific Services Agreements

For customers, who purchased product from Lenovo and also purchased regional specific product that is not included in the Lenovo Personal Computing Services Agreement.
