Getting Started
Your Lenovo Account representative will initiate the process of getting your organization tenant created. When the tenant has been created, the IT Owner specified to your organization will receive an E-mail from Lenovo Intelligence Support Plus mentioning that an account has been created. Access the LDI portal sign-on page using the link in the E-mail and begin the setup process.
- LDI Plus User Guide - This guide has the following chapters:
- Overview: This chapter provides you an overview of the tool and features in short.
- Onboard your fleet: This chapter provides you details on how to onboard and register devices to LDI Plus (Platforms: Windows, Virtual Machine, and Mac OS). This chapter also includes step-by-step instructions for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to deploy the LDI Provisioning Package on the fleet of devices in your organization. Furthermore, this chapter explains to configure Microsoft InTune to deploy the provisioning package on devices.
- Configure LDI Plus : This chapter helps you to configure the tool such as create and manage user, provide access and privileges, etc.
- Monitor your fleet: This chapter helps you to monitor your device such as getting user experience, managing device, discover and resolve issues, etc.
- Remediate automation: This feature helps you configure, automate, and schedule automatically triggered remedial actions for issues detected in the specific device(s) or fleet of devices.
- Engage end customers: This chapter helps you in conducting survey and get user's feedback regarding their digital experience with devices.
- Third party tools integration (Integrate with outside systems): This chapter assists you in integrating your device insights with API and ServiceNow tool.
- LDI test drive: This chapter assists you to understand LDI Plus features and their use-cases to resolve IT issues.
- Support documentation (Appendix): This chapter covers remediation script help, device support matrix, etc.
- Dashboard Builder User Guide (pdf) - - This Dashboard Builder User Guide gives you an instructive overview for building custom dashboards in LDI Plus. This can be used to accomplish very specific views into your fleet.
- LDI MSP User Guide (pdf) - The Managed Service Provider (MSP) User Guide helps understand IT Administrators and Engineers to provide proactive and remote management for their end customers’ devices leveraging full features of LDI software.
- ServiceNow Integration Guide - This guide helps you configure LDI ServiceNow Plugin to communicate device and issues information through LDI API.
- API Guide / Specification - This guide helps you generate API credentials from your organization admin account, authenticate APIs, and use them to integrate LDI with external platforms or applications.

- Lenovo Devices: Reporting a hardware, or software issue for a Lenovo device.
- LDI Platform: Reporting an issue with the LDI Platform, or a non-Lenovo device software device issue.
For reporting an issue, select one of the following:
- When not using LDI, or a LDI Plus License is not available (Platform only):
- Send to Lenovo Device Intelligence Technical Support at: cspsupport@lenovo.com
- When using within the LDI Portal with an LDI Pluse License (Lenovo Device Issue or LDI Platform Support):
- Select Support Tickets.
- Select Raise a Support Ticket.
- Select Lenovo Device Issue or Platform Support.
- Select Lenovo Device Issue or Platform Support, and one of the following appears.
- Select Support Tickets.
